1. QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDERING FROM THE POINTS STORE

Does Suddenly Darling ship internationally?
Here at Suddenly Darling we do our best to cater to our valued International users!
When ordering be sure to take note of where that item ships to. Some items can only be used in the US, while others can be shipped all over the world. To ensure you will be able to receive your prize, the best thing for our international Darlings to do is order actual products (such as accessories or clothing items) that will ship to anywhere in the world. Suddenly Darling isn’t responsible for lost or stolen items that are shipped overseas, or in the US. Suddenly Darling does not promise or guarantee redemption prizes for points earned and reserves the right to remove any and all redemption prizes at our discretion.

How long does it take to receive my order or prize in the mail?
With all of the orders that come in each month sometimes things can get backed up. You should expect to receive your gift within 3-4 weeks from your order date. If you have not received an email with confirmation that your order has been approved within this time please contact the Darling Manager. But please allow this amount of time before you do.

What gift cards or prizes can I order from Canada?
- Forever 21 gift cards for $25 (when in stock)
- Urban Outfitters gift cards for $25 (when in stock)
- Actual products (such as accessories or clothing items) that will ship to anywhere in the world.
- Visa gift cards for $25 (when an alternative is needed and deemed appropriate by Suddenly Darling. These are NOT sent by request)

Why did I receive a Visa gift card?
Suddenly Darling is located in the United States and we offer some gift cards that can only be used in the U.S. Because of this, we sometimes send our international users a pre-paid Visa gift card (where they are accepted). We only send Visa gift cards when an alternative is needed and deemed appropriate by Suddenly Darling. These are NOT sent by request. So the best way to ensure that you receive the prize you want is to take note of where each item ships to. Suddenly Darling does not promise or guarantee redemption prizes and reserves the right to remove any and all redemption prizes at our discretion.

What if I receive an incorrect order?

3. QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to your profile and on the black tab above your username there will be a tab called “profile”. Hover over that and scroll down and click on "edit profile". Then choose "delete profile" in the top right hand corner. Thank you so much for the time you were with us and know that you are welcome to return to the Darling Family at any time. We wish you all the best!

How do I change/reset my password?
If you are trying to reset your password and it says that your token was invalid, please email the Darling Manager at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your username and the new password you would like. From there we can reset your password for you.

Is Katelyn Rose the only one running Suddenly Darling?
There is an entire Darling Team here at your service! Katelyn Rose is a big part of that team, but she is not the only person working on the site.

When is it ok for me to contact Katelyn Rose?
Feel free to leave Katelyn comments on her profile or on her outfits! You can ask her questions if you’d like, but all questions regarding account issues, or concerns about the site should be directed at the Darling Manager at This email address is being protected from spambots. 5. QUESTIONS ABOUT USING THE SITE

Why does it say that I am locked from commenting on articles?
Commenting on articles and outfits is available for 30 days from when they are posted. After that time, those posts are then considered archived material. The site is always changing and being updated all the time! We are working hard to make it a fun and safe place for girls to hang out, but unfortunately, too many girls were abusing the commenting system. But everyone has 30 days to comment on something once it's posted.

What if I have a question that wasn’t answered on this page?
