Do high heels or vans go better with a prom dress?

High heels, for sure!
Vans just don't seem to be 'prom' type. Especially with a dress!

If you have a long prom dress that covers your shoes, you might as well wear the vans. You can actually wear them all night, protect your toes, and be able to dance. Everyone takes their heels off.
I wore vans because otherwise I would be way taller then my date.
Obviously, heels look better for pictures and stuff though.

High heels are the conventional way to look good with a prom dress but I've seen people wear Vans before and I thought that looked really cute too plus it's smarter because most girls end up taking off their heels at Prom anyway.
